All you people for this crazy b*tch are insane, you people run your mouth by reading what the sorry azz paper has to say and they help cver up the cops set-up cant any of you see there is no high profile case in mickey mouse court so they took a bad situation and produce this at the expense of MR. Jorgensen sure this late but im commenting on everything after the sh*t I seen this Towns top people have done and its coming, I just dont want one, I want them all out

i have to speak up again as i posted before i was a witness for the defense of chad and in the cell with both of them. chad got conned into saying certain things and the truth is chad never talked about killing his wife and disembering her. i have read all transcripts several times(there is plenty time in jail) the investigator told ryan becker the one who wore the wire to get him to say specific things and thru all the tapes chad was pushed so hard to say something about killng that chad said to him this is gtting out of control this is off. thats a paraphrase but when chad said he didnt want this and was getting released march 31st in the a.m. they decided to stop him while he was getting released and locked him in max security(with myself) and was just in awe at what was going on. when they took chad to a cell the invesigator got the informant released from jail that very morning. chad had no record other than the 90day sentence he was doing for failure to pay his ex 60,000 dollars that he didnt have. the informant however is a life long criminal and drug addict who has caused alot of hurt to the community but the investigator and the sherriff,s dept. and district attorney felt that the should side with the criminal that has givin them information on many occations and gotten breaks.yet he is still commiting felonies and working with law enforcment. so i guess the moral of the story is;either live good or tell on people or in this case conspire with law enforcment to bring a big story to the papers and another conviction notch in the da’s belt.. look i am gonna admit that i also was a victim of a snich,but i did my time. as in this case i have to wonder how the authorities look at this and see it as good for the community. the reason the person wore a wire on me was be cause she was in volved with selling and doing hard drugs. the the investigator though that setting up a guy for 5 grams of weed was a better conviction than hard drugs. i was also givin the opportunity to get off of it by becoming an informant but i just couldnt do it,and for that i got 3yrs. it is done and gone now but my expiriences have shown me that there is right and wrong and most people know the difference but it has nothing to do with law enforcments attempt to their job…

Ok, there’s something that is really puzzling me here and that is the amount of hypocrasy that exists in this community. Chad was convicted in a very short time because he plotted and intended to carry out the murder and dismemberment of his former wife because he was upset about having to pay child support. This is what he openly shared in his recorded wire tap with one of the men he tried to recruit to do his dirty work. He plsnned to KILL the mother of his only child because he was expected to meet his LEGAL obligation to help support his child. When I look at this blog, people are judging HER and saying she deserved it? Thank goodness for anonymity here, huh? This is a woman who pioneered not one, but two successful businesses in this desolate community, volunteered probably thousands of hours in community service, is a Christian, coached baseball and soccer, participated several community building events and never had an unkind word to say about her ex – even as he abused her and her son. She is not perfect. She made mistakes as each of us do because we are human. Still, when I am out and about, I hear people gossip just as much about her as the criminal that she fled this town with her child to escape from. How hypocrytical people are! Has anyone given any thought to what she has endured? NO because she was probably so embarrased by the life she was in that she probably hid it and lived in denial for too long. A jury of Chad’s piers saw through him – including people on the jury who actually were friends of his!!!! It’s time to stop the gossip and the bad mouthing. All of those who claim to know the truth but are clueless need to check your facts. Now more than ever this child and his mom need people to stop the gossip and put aside the ugliness. It is time to stand behind a mom and a child who need support and love. She isn’t perfect, but she is an amazing mom, and a victim – not only of abuse, but nearly of murder!

No matter how many lies or stories are told about his ex-wife, the fact is, this loser WAS convicted of a felony. He IS guilty. She WAS the victim of a crime. FACTS – perhaps you ned to add that to your list. And perhaps those of you with no clue what you are talking about can go on with your lives and allow the people affected by this CRIME to put theirs back together in peace.

hmm…..I’m thinking not. Chad actually went to jail back in January ’08 (Jorgensen was jailed in January ’08 for contempt of court after failing to pay his ex-wife after their divorce). The fact that Ryan was his cellmate…..all sounds like WAY too much of a coincidence. Best way to know this would be to talk to the jail and find out if she had made any calls to the jail to Ryan, or if Ryan called her from the jail, or if she went to the jail to visit Ryan. I would believe this would be in jail records if it happened. I kind of doubt as well, that she would have conspired with two other people who testified in court against Chad about trying to solicit them as well. This all sounds like a shot in the dark, tho, since she’s lived 100 miles away from Antigo since June ’06. Advice to Vic: Lifetime Network will NOT make you a smarter person, LMAO!

Dear VicOrVicky-

Stopping to think is a great idea….suggest you give that shot!

Fact: The man who was solicited to comit this crime did not wear a tape recorder. He wore a Wire that was placed on his person by the Langlade County Sheriffs department.

Fact: The Hit Man- as you call him, gained absolutely NOTHING from coming forward. In fact, His life has been further publicly exposed on the internet, television and in print. If anything- his record being brought into the limelight again can only hurt him with his pending charges
( crimes that were not allegedly comitted in Antigo)!

Fact: In that the wire was running before and after Chad was even with Ryan…there would have been proof of being “conned” right on the tape.
The Jury was able to read the entire transcript…they still convicted based on the evidence.

To address : nonya business
& reelinformedcitisin ( not that I didn’t see the sarcasm in your post- but others might have missed it)

Fact: The Child Support Agency WAS in court for the trial- and they did have the accurate records of paymets made. They were able to show conclusively that Chad was BEHIND in his payments that were court ordered well before his incarceration in January 2008. In case you missed the reason for that…contempt of court for Not paying support!

Fact: Nowhere in our Constitution, Bill or Rights, or any other legal document does it state- that because one individual deems another a pain, a *itch, unloved, monster, annoying or any other negative descriptor, that it is legal to and or moral to take their life or solicit another person to do it fo them!

Fact: Chad had options! Plenty of them… Legal ones! He sued for the divorce- but then refused to abide by any of the court mandated conditions. Finally the Judge had enough of being ignored – court appearance after court appearance and followed the law by holding Chad in contempt.

Finally-

If anyone believes for one second that OUR opinions posted on this site will influence the sentencing recommendation…THINK AGAIN!

Not one Juror even knew about this blog…( it was a selection criteia question for the potential jurors) and they don’t decide anything going forward.

There are court appointed investigators now probing into every aspect of this former couples life to determine the FACTS. Facts on finances, past criminal records, Psychological records, hidden assets, etc.

There are no longer “sides” to be chosen….

The law is the law- really, it’s that simple. If you want to change the law…Lobby your elected officials using proper channels & Vote in the upcoming elections

One other thing. I think it’s okay to discuss your opinions of a person’s character or even discuss theories about this case, but I would not make an accusation that someone did something with absolutely no known evidence to support it. (VicOrVicky, I’m not saying you’re doing that.)

So unless I hear that there is evidence that the ex conspired with the informant in this case, that’s something that I will put right out of my head, even though it had crossed my mind.

I have to admit, that’s the first thing that went through my mind when I heard about this whole story. I seriously hope the Langlade County Sheriff’s office investigated that possibility.

But before I have to read any more self-serving, melodramatic posts from the ex-wife, or her sister, or whoever is posting on her behalf these days, I have two things to say:

1) Even if that is the case, what are the chances that the Langlade County Sheriff’s office will continue to investigate this? Slim to none. Unless someone comes forward with extremely compelling evidence, (and if anyone out there has evidence, I highly suggest you come forward), this case is closed.

2) I hate to say it, but Chad was his own worst enemy in this case. Had he never been put on the stand, he would have been found innocent and walked away a free man. It was his own words on the stand that sealed his fate. It was my first instinct to defend him — but it’s hard to defend someone who seems hell-bent on ruining his own life.

I say, unless you have some really compelling evidence, just let this go. If you care about Chad, just pray that his sentence is a light one.

My advice to Chad for the future…STAY SINGLE!
