Antigo’s Most Controversial Bar Owner To Return To Antigo
According to a new facebook page, the “Outskirts Saloon” will be opening again in Antigo, in the near future.
What used to be Jack’s Brookside Bar is set to open on July 19th as the new Outskirts Saloon. The bar is located at 3090 County Highway HH.
It is stated that the bar manager will be none other than Mr. Darwin Davis.
It is doubtful that anyone will ever do as well as Jack did, at that location, or any location, for that matter.

The old Brookside Bar has made news in the Antigo Daily Journal, you can read that story HERE. Not much information is given in the article, but, looks like ANOTHER name change for Mr. Davis’ establishment, as the Journal refers to it as “The Polecat”

In the Antigo Daily Journal there is an Application Notice for Lily Pad of Shawano, LLC, Sheila Davis has applied for a license for a Class B beer license for Pole Kat’s Lounge, 3090 Cty. HH, WI 54409.

my turn….i just heard that pole cat cant keep up with the bills and is trying to borrow money from family and is selling everything in the bar like the poker machines. it wont be long and he will be done. just hang in there everyone
