Balloon Release for Kayla Berg
August 11, 2011 will mark the 2 year anniversary of the last contact anyone has had with Kayla Berg, the missing teenager from Antigo.
On that date, August 11, at the Hudson Street Park Shelter in Antigo, there will be a release of balloons for Kayla. Kayla’s mom, Hope Sprenger and “Missing Not Forgotten” have created the event. The release is set from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
They ask that if you can not attend the event, please tie a pink and black ribbon around a tree and leave your porch light on to support Kayla and her family.
A public event invitation page has been created on facebook, which you can find here:

Are ya sure that releasing balloons is the best thing to do?
How many balloons?
I went to the balloon release and it was very nice. I hope Kayla comes home soon so her mother Hope doesn’t have to worry anymore.
My family was there too and it was beautiful!!! Kayla was honored in a wonderful way by her mother, brother, family & friends.
